Registration fee includes:<\/strong> Symposium Material, Coffee Breaks and Lunches. Closing Dinner (12th September) and the Field Trip (13th September) are not included in the registration fees (Closing Dinner 30\u20ac, Field trip 35\u20ac).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are several paying options since it is an IOBC-WPRS rule that members must receive a discount to Working Group meetings. For this reason, it becomes cheaper for non-members to join IOBC-WPRS first and then pay the member rate below (and this is especially the case for students). IOBC-WPRS membership is 90 Euros (Regular) and 50 Euros (Student). See more on how to become a member<\/strong><\/a> in IOBC-WPRS website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can offer some travel funding assistance to a small number of postgraduate students wishing to contribute to the IOBC meeting: for details please see IOBC travel awards<\/a> page. Student membership status needs to be confirmed with a copy of a valid student card, together with a letter of a relevant professor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
